The Alma del Fuego Flama from Plasencia is more than just a cigar, it has been described as a love letter to Nicaragua's volcanic Ometepe Island. The Nicaraguan Jalapa wrapper provides a medium-plus body with nutty and coffee-like notes accompanied by a sweet, woody smoke. The rich tobacco in this thinner 6 1/2 x 38 cigar is grown in the dark, nutrient-rich soil born of the volcanic island. The filler and binder leaves were aged for seven years before being blended. Fittingly meaning "soul of fire" in Spanish, the tobacco in Alma del Fuego is coveted and revered around the world!
